I got an i5 4690k and the heat sink has those push in plugs, I installed 1 out of 4 then took it off to make sure thermal paste was on the fan. Little bit of the paste got on the cpu, but it wasn't dry and I had it off for 5 seconds max.
Do I need to open up the computer again and put thermal paste back on there? I didn't think so at the time so I went on to finish building my pc. It's been about 4 days I've been using this comp and I am a little paranoid about it.
