Title says it all.
Im gonna use this for moderate gaming at 720p with low to mid settings

Which dual channel ram config would be good for that?
I dont wanna buy a separate gpu just for gaming as an apu can handle some games well at low and multimedia i guess

P.s. im from india and i have a budget of Rs 10,000 for cpu+gpu(or an apu), and btw i dont need crap intel hd

First thing, really sorry for late reply. Don't close it, now close this thread when you will solve your question. :)
Coosing a good motherboard is very important. We have to look about all the things. Yes, as Gagan said ASRock is very good mobo:
http://m.snapdeal.com/product/asrock-32gb-motherboard/1457196563?tag=New
Mobo choosing accomplished.
Now about cabinet. Choosing a good cabinet having good cooling system and wire management and of course USB 3.0 ports. Unfortunately in your budget or near your budget you will not get Amy cabinet having both USB 3.0 headers. But ya, you can get a cabinet of one USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0 header. See here...

I will recommend AMD a8 6600k. It has integrated AMD Radeon 8570HD which is really good. A10 has Radeon 7660 HD. In Internal graphics AMD a8 6600k is better.
Now about base frequency: AMD a8 6600k has 3.9GHz and A10 has 3.8GHz, again AMD a8 6600k wins. Now about Cache memory: AMD a8 6600k has 4 MB Cache memory and A10 has 4 MB. Here both are same. AMD a8 6600k has 844 mhz base frequency of graphics and that of A10 has 800 mhz. In all aspects AMD A8 6600K is better and also it is cheap. I will recommend AMD a8 6600k. You can play all games at medium-high settings at 40 + fps easily at 720p resolution. I will suggest to overclock your cpu to get best performance.
.
You will need a better cooler. You can't use stock cooler, never on AMD. They are worst. My brother had this APU and with stock frequency the temp goes to 80°c sometimes. So get a cheap aftermarket cooler like hyper 212 Evo, but on Indian site or is around 4k which exceeds your budget. A similar cooler like this: Cooler master hyper tx3 evo, which is almost same as hyper 212 Evo but has 3 heatpipes instead of 4. It is around 1.5k see here:
http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-hyper-tx3-evo/p/itmd5xzprhxvefrj

Now or is in your budget. You can play all the games work Battlefield 4, COD ghost and NFS Rivals at mid - High settings at 30+ fps. It is best for buck.
.
Also use two sticks of 4 GB because it will enable the dual channel. Dual channel mode doubles the original memory bandwidth. Get two 1600mhz cas 9 RAMs. Get a good a85x or a88x(recommend) chipset mobo for gaming. This will give you beat gaming experience. Best luck. Happy Gaming. :)

The second link that Gagan gives, the benchmarks results that is given by different sites clearly says that AMD a8 6600k black edition is best. Get that bro, I promise you that you will not disappoint. Greatest speed. My brother installs windows 10 Technical Preview to it and it is running flawlessly, just awesome for this price. My brother overclocked it to 4.5 GHZ and graphics clock speed to 1086 GHz. All games running awesome. Get it. And post your experience after using. :)

What is your budget for motherboard? You can get a better mobo than that in same prices. Just give your budget I will recommend you the best. Also give your cabinet budget. Cabinet doesn't do a lot implementation on performance but choosing a good cabinet having good cooling and good wire management is always better. :)

I can choose a mobo upto Rs 6,500 (110$ approx) and a cabinet upto Rs 3,000 (50$ approx)
Anything cheaper than that can surely help me save some money. I don't think ill need crossfire or sli and not sure if ill overclock often

P.s. is cooler master elite 310 decent?

I think it is best cabinet for such price. It is best bang for buck. Cool looks. Good cooling system. One high speed USB 3.0 header and one USB 2.0 header. Better wire management, Best for overclocking at this budget. Get this bro. :)
You will need a god PSU for overclocking. Which PSU do you have/going to buy?

No no, Corsair cx vs and cs series are not good. They uses poor Chinese capacitors and transformer which is really not good for overclocking and can fry your components. Seasonic, antec, evga and xfx are best manufacturers of PSUs. Mobo, CPU and cabinet accomplished. Give your budget for PSU.

See this:
http://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B006TM8XPW/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1424536583&sr=8-3&pi=SL75&keywords=Antec
Best PSU, Seasonic made, great Japanese capacitors, great for overclocking and gaming. I think it has less price than the Corsair one. Now built is completed successfully. Get a good 4GB×2 because as I tell earlier it enables the dual channel memory mode. Get two sticks of this RAM:
http://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B004CRSM48/ref=mp_s_a_1_31?qid=1424537093&sr=1-31&pi=SL75&keywords=RAM+4+GB
This is the best CHEAPEST RAM. Get a 1 TB hard drive if you want one:
http://m.snapdeal.com/product/seagate-1tb-desktop-internal-sata/786850832?tag=
Best luck for your built. If any help needed, post here. :)
