Super Hot GPU

i got a MSI R9 280x Gaming and it is getting up to 75 Degrees Celsius and i have turned fans around tryed different rotations, anyone have any idea on how to keep this thing cooled down when its idle just surfing the web it stays at 35 but when i turn on a game it gets hot and all my fan crank up and it gets super loud.

Alright thanks guys I just didn't want for my pc to die when I Just built it. Also it's really hot in my house could that effect it also pulling In hot air

All right ill mess around with it and get it to a comfortable temp its just annoying when all 6 of my fans kick into overdrive sounds like its going to lift off, should have invested in water cooling -.-'
