Do you always crash on the same spot/area? Mods or not there is a small chance that you have a wrong load order.Check your manager or default skyrim launcher and make sure your mods and expansions are in correct order.
IF thats the case then im afraid your save will be corrupt too so you might need to go back to a previous one or start all over again.
