Would this be a decent budget/first time build?

So i'm relatively new to building computers. I'm also not a big pc gamer. My pc is on its last leg so I cant play much. Mostly modded minecraft and lightly modded skyrim atm. So of course I started to look at the feasibility of building a new rig. After a month of reasearching I have come across what I believed is my best budget build for $600( what the wife is letting me spend).

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.2115489

My steam account is bare minimal as of now, but i'm hoping that with this I can run just about anything. I'm aware bf 4, witcher 4, gta v and dying light is out of the question for 60+ fps on 1080, but I dont mind to tone down a bit if I'd get a reasonable fps in reasonable settings that was solid and not fluctuating like crazy. I'm coming from a terribly outdated athlon dual 2.7 and radeon 4800 so I know this is a massive step up, but I want to make sure for the $600 I'm getting the best bang for buck. That being said, I know intel is pretty much out of the question unless I go i3 which would not work out great with heavier games. not an amd fanboy, just know that amd is by far cheaper.

Anyways would this system rum those games, and run heavily modded minecraft and skyrim at good fps? Also would this system be stable? Would it be relatively easy to build for a first timer? Lastly I'm not taking into an account a OS which I need. a extra $100 is probably not going to fly with the the wife, and even if I get a fx6300 using part picker, I barely find any deals that come out cheaper that is just as good, to leave any room for OS. So is there any combos or anything that will get mew the exact same performance and leave enough room to squeeze by and get a OS?

Thanks so much in advance for the help, tips and suggestion. Toms hardware is by far the best place on the internet for help, and i'm eternally grateful for any helpful information.

With windows needing to come out of that budget do you need to tone down on the parts side, the next shows what you get with windows included,

Building a pc isn't that difficult if you read the manuals before starting and take your time.

the philips head screw driver is a handy tool to have, imo don't need that mat he's using.Don't wear fleece and that kind of stuff (wool) which generates static charges. In the first link they show how to discharge yourself.

Otherwise it will have to be an i3 processor to meet your budget
