i noticed last night that BF4 would run awesome on one single GTX 770 but when I turned on SLI i was getting worse performance than with a singular card so what could I do to stop bottle necking .....

Thats not a bottleneck if your getting worse performance, its a driver/bios/motherboard/software issue. BF4 scales well with sli, and works well with sli, so you should see some improvement in parts of the game that arent cpu bound. What are your full system specs?

AMD 8320FX 4.00GHz

X2 GTX 770 2GB
MSI 990FXA GD65
Corsair 750w PSU

ok, what i would do would be, update your motherboard bios, and chipset drivers. re-seat the cards in their slots and the sli bridge. Uninstall nvidia drivers with driversweeper tool in safe mode to remove all traces of reg entries and such, and install the latest whql nvidia driver. If that all fails then reinstall bf4.
