ASUS Laptop - Log On Freeze

It boots up normally, you can use the laptop OK for about 5 minutes, then it freezes for 15 and after that it works perfectly fine again.
During those 15 minutes, the cursor is shown as the revolving wheel of when the computer is busy.

Hm, I don't really know of this issue but it seems to me it's the OS. Install a program called CCleaner then run the cleaner AND registry cleaner a few times. I did it last night to another laptop and It's fast now.

Tell me if it does anything.
* If it doesn't work, try booting in safe mode and see if it's any faster / works better
