I've seen similar threads to this but nothing has worked for me. I currently only have 4GB ram(2,2GB sticks) and purchased 8GB to upgrade.(2,4GB sticks).
make-model- Crucial DDR31600.
After removing the two old sticks and replacing with the two new stick my pc gets stuck on the EVGA splash screen and will not let me enter BIOS.
I've tried: switching memory ports1,3...2,4
Removing the cmos and replacing it.
Updating my BIOS
Using one of the new sticks only (it brings me to a blue error screen.)
looking up the RAM I purchased and making sure it is compatible , which it is.
I have no idea what is wrong, any help please?
PC specs- EVGA 120-LF-E650
Intel P55 3.20ghz 64 bit system
