Is 400W enough for this build?

Hey, this is my first time building a gaming pc and I have all my parts together but I was searching around and I got worried that I don't have a powerful enough PSU for it. On PCPP it says around 200W estimated so that makes me think I'll be okay with plenty of room to spare but on like the GPU site it gives me a much higher estimate. I've seen other threads saying to add 100-150 watts to the estimate, but does that apply to my build as well? I don't want to put the whole thing together and have it blow up lol.

the power supply in the case is a very low quality one. it should provide the needed power to the system but anything more than a slight overclock and i'm not sure it would run very well. it'll work for now but it should be replaced in the near future at the best and with any new part you wish to use at the worst. to put it into perspective i have a 375w psu that offers dual 18 amp 12v rails. this "400w" one offers a 14 and 13 amp rail. and i would be very surprised if it could even give that much power it claims.

avoid anything more than a basic overclock of the cpu and it should be ok for now. for reference the psu included is an LC-8400BTX if you wish to look up the specs. here is the label as well...
