I need help for Battlefield 4

Guys, I have just built my new PC, and every game is running perfectly smooth without any stuttering, lags, spikes or drops in framerate, except for Battlefield 4. I play it with an average FPS of 50 60, but very very often, i drop down to 1-10 fps at every 5-10 seconds or so. Is there any way to fix it. Its a great game with an amazing storyline and i really want to enjoy it. So, any way to fix it without upgrading components ?

My system specs are:

CPU: Pentium G3258 4.2 GHz
RAM:4 GB Kingston 1600mhz
GPU: Reference AMD R7 250 1 GB GDDR5
MOBO: MSI H81M-P33

PS. drops the frames evn if im on the lowest settings. BF 3 runs 40 90 fps at ultra without any drops or so :))

Here's a solution
Open BF4
Minimize it
Go to task manager
Right Click on BF4Engine
Click on set affinity
Untick on core 3 and core 4
Enjoy
Well i never thought that R7 250 would be enough to even run BF 3 on medium :\
