Hi,

I asked my local PC builders and they told me that for $600 they can build this for me(bear in mind I have no idea about PC and I just searched a little reviews about them.)

This is what they recommended:
AMD FX6300 3.5Ghz Hexa Core CPU
Asrock 960gm-gs3 motherboard
Crucial 4GB DDR3 Ram
Nvidia GT 740 1GB Graphics
Seagate 500GB HDD
500W PSU
Aerocool GT White Gaming Case

I would like to play games like GTA V when released play LoL smoothly, Adobe Photoshop etc etc

What do you guys think of their build?

Can someone else build me a PC for $600 but using the Razer NZXT H440 Case. I think it is really nice looking.

Thanks in advance,
David

Solution
You cant add a NZXT H440 anyway in a 600$ budget
The Build is entry level but if you wanna GTA5 you gotta wait till the game realeases and then you can ask here for a build so you could get a better build in lowest possible price according to games benchmarks
GTA games have a better image because they are poorly optimized they even hav issues when running on best hardware , so you gotta wait a bit more, just like a month

This is a MUCH better build for $600. Can be tweaked a bit if you need an OS included.

Sure, but you're putting your money in the wrong place. The R9 280 is a stronger card with 3GB vram, and a better choice. Maybe drop to an i3, but I'd stick with quad core if you can.

Viable build with i3 and better GPU. But you really should find a cheaper case. I'm sure you can find something nice in the $50 range. What goes inside the case is the most important.

I get its a good looking case, but at the end of the day, do you value "looks cool" over performance? Especially if you're wanting to play games that haven't even been released yet. Its your money bro, but just not a smart move when on a tight budget.
