I bought a new graphics card(nvidia gtx 960) and got it installed at a repair shop. First time i booted it everything was fine, I installed everything on the disc that came with the card. I then realized that the widows aero theme things were not working and this had been a problem before I had bought a new card. So I restarted it and it was saying there was no signal and the fans on the graphics card weren't spinning. They only spin for about a second just after I switch the computer on.
