Want to run 16Gb on a Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0, with 9590 CPU - What's compatible at a good speed?

A bit confused over the memory compatibilities between the Sabertooth and the 9590 CPU. I'd like 16GBs at a low latency and the best speed I can stably manage. Decent price wouldn't hurt either. Thanks for any help!

ddr3-1866 is the max your mobo and cpu support (standard).
