So I am using a brand new computer that I have just built for myself not too long ago. Here's my circumstances.
I never download anything, unless from Steam or other trusted sites
I have Norton 360 installed, and I haven't gotten any alerts.
I installed Malwarebites and it came up blank
I even contacted a Microsoft Employee to remote control my computer, and she said that it was FINE.
This is what happened. So, the last few days, when using YouTube, sometimes I get a popup asking if I want to save "Do you want to open or save dvtp_src.js from cdn.doubleverify.com?."
I always either just x-out of the popup for click "cancel" or I just ignore it, and it only happens on YouTube, which is a legit, clean site owned by google. Then, after a Windows update, Internet Explorer would not launch. Right when I clicked the desktop version of IE, it would open saying "Internet Explorer has stopped responding" and so I just x-out. But, the start menu version of IE worked just fine! When I called the lady at MS, she reset my IE settings and it worked just fine again, and normal, and none of my anti-virus programs have come up with anything. Ive done multiple Full System scans and restarts and everything is fine!

I don't go on bad sites or download anything sketchy, Im just very paranoid. Do you guys think I have a virus?

Wait, Alan, if it was Malware, than a simple reset of IE's settings wouldn't have solved the problem, and in my case, all I had to do was reset IE and it was just fine. In that case, do you still think it's malware?
I've already ran Norton 360 an Malware bits and have come up blank
