H81 mobo that does not need bios update to run i3 4150

H81 motherboards support Haswell Refresh CPUs only with a newer BIOS version. If you purchase a new H81 mobo, it will likely have new BIOS version already. However, you cannot be 100% sure.

You can get 4130 instead (very little difference anyway) and it will work 100%. Also, H97 motherboards will all work, but they are more expensive.
