Are this components compatible ? And is this a good rig to run next gen games on Ultra ?

I'll update my rig for this one :

Case - NZXT H440 White / Black
Mobo - Asus Z97-A
CPU - Intel Core i7 4790K
GPU - MSI GeForce GTX970 TWINFROZR V Gaming 4G OC 4GB
Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Ram - 8 GB Corsair Blue Vengeance
Fan for the case - Corsair Quiet Edition AF140
Power Supply - 1Life Ps Jet 600w ( I know its not the best but no budget left

)
Storage - 1TB

Enough for what I want to?

It is better to buy an I5 or downgrade to GTX 960 but take a better PSU. That PSU is a serious danger to your hardware. It can kill your machine! Expoding PSUs are not a rarity. That cheap PSU wont even output 300W. Do not kill your components!

Better save the money from the extra Corsair fan and put them towards a PSU. Or get a cheaper case. Or both. I am not kidding here - that PSU is a real danger.

That PSU has only 19 amps on the v12 rail. It has all its wattage on 3.3 and 5v rails. Modern computers use mainly the 12v rail. From the 12v rail power gets delivered to CPU and GPU. That PSU will not power your system at all. The 3.3 and 5v design was from the Pentium 3 era. It is completely incompatible with modern hardware.

20 bucks for 600W is ludicrous. A general rule of thumb is (at least my rule) you pay 10 bucks for 100W. If a 600W PSU is under 60 bucks - then there is something fishy.

All looks good although i7 CPUs are overkill for gaming. Instead go for an i5 4690k and spend the spare cash on a GTX980 maybe? Best of luck!

Are you kidding me? He has a power supply that can't even power his system and it is ready to explode due to the strain on the v12 rail and you are saying all looks good?

Wow thanks dude.

I'll still with the GTX 970, downgrade to an Intel Core i5 4690K and buy a XFX Core Edition 550W, at least that's a good and well known brand and will not give me problems ^^

Glad you made the sound decision. The power supply is the most important component in the computer. A bad PSU can explode and not only killing all your components, but start a fire or kill you. I have seen exploding PSUs and it is not a nice sight. Capacitors can explode with such force as to make holes in a steel case and up into the wall.

A 600W PSU is MORE that enough for that system, the highest energy consuming component is the graphics card and MSI themselves recommend just a 500W unit.

Are you completely ignorant in the rules of physics?

The graphic card and CPU use ONLY the 12v rail. That PSU has a 12V rail supplying 19 amps - that is ONLY 228W. All the other Watts are coming from 5V and 3.3V rails which supply 44 and 38 amps. But the CPU and GPU DO NOT USE THOSE RAILS. That PSU has an actual output of 220W. This is not enough! The 5v and 3.3v were using in the old Pentium 3 era. That PSU is that old design! It is 15 years old. This is completely incompatible with modern hardware or modern ATX specifications. The PSU combined wattage is not important - the 12v rail IS THE IMPORTANT. All modern 600W PSUs supply at least 42-45 amps on the 12V rail.
