the bugcheck was in DUKEMS.sys Wed Aug 15 20:47:03 2012
this is listed as Corsair M95 Gaming Mouse
maybe look here for a update:

Note: some of these old mouse drivers polled the mouse thousands of times a second because of old software design. With the new windows 8.1 they are limited to 200 calls a second unless you override the limit with a registry setting.

Best to get updated drivers that are designed correctly. (just guessing this is the problem)
