okay...after a while of messing around with my comp trying to find a solution to my problem i found out when i uninstall the graphics driver for my asus GTX560ti 1gb the game runs perfectly on maximum no frame rate drops at all by the looks of things but when i install the driver it seems to lag everytime it needs to render/spawn something in the game because its fine without turning camera but as soon as i do its like the fps is around 1-3 :/ really wierd then i stop moving cam and back to normal until movement starts again any help would be much appreciated :)

[reedit]

just so everyone knows the lag is not present on any other game besides this one..

also i used to have a ati radeon hd 5450 in it so will making the change from ati to nvidia cause this maybe?

Yes if you did not wipe out all amd drivers before you installed the new card.

Wipe all drivers in safe mode, then re-install the newest nvidia drivers from their website.
