How i can overclock my AMD FX-9370 on Gigabyte 990fxaud3

I just installed an AMD FX-9370 on a Gigabyte 990FXA UD3 and in BIOS the cpu clock speed is 4400Mz. But in Windows Performance it showing 3.8Gz and CPUID 3997Mz. The BIOS was updated before It was installed.
Even after I manually set up the BIOS it still shows im only clockling at 3.8Gz. any help will do.Thank you .

16Mb Corsair Vengance DDR1600
Kingwin 1220 watt PS
2x EVGA 660gtx 2gb
CoolerMaster V-10 cpu cooler

have you tried to run a game and see if it goes to 4.4ghz

you might be checking the speed when it is idle, try checking it under load. -if it is still under 4.4ghz it might be thermal trottling.

Is your UD3 a Rev3 or Rev4? A 9370 is a factory overclocked 8350. Most people have had very little luck getting anything in the way of an overclock on them even with lots of vcore.
