Best cpu upgrade for old mobo

There's really no CPU upgrade that would make a difference. This is about as good as you can get.

As far as a video card upgrade, everything being produced today would be severely limited by your processor. What kind of frame rates are you getting with your current setup?

Honestly you need to scrap this and build a new PC. There is nothing to do to that computer to make it "modern".

Yes .. if you afford a gtx 960. Its better your cpu and motherboards.. its a newer and cheaper graphics card.. its give you better performance and better technology
