Well recently, I was getting about 150-300 Frames on League of Legends paired up with an i5 4690k and all of a sudden my graphics card some how messes up and know im getting 8-60 fps and lag spikes all over the place I tried doing a system restore but it's still messed up. I don't know if this could be a driver issue or something but I really need help because every game I play it just lags I ran a Heaven Benchmark and I get 8-12fps and the benchmark just lags so bad and my gpu stay in about 30-40c I honestly do not know what's wrong if anyone can help this would be most appreciated.

Take out your GPU and re-seat it. Also, verify your power cables are plugged in tightly, and even try another power cable.

Another thing you could try that is easy is to clear your cmos settings. Do you know how to do that ? Also, make sure your CPU and GPU fans are working (especially CPU or the processor will slow down to avoid getting to hot and your system will slow to a crawl).
