^^ If the Radeon 290 is too expensive for you, just drop it to R9 280X, or even R9 280. All of them easily outperform 7870 from your build, while core i5 is a faster CPU for gaming.

could i substitute to the gtx 960 instead of the radeon 290 because its cheaper?

You could. The 750W PSU I included is simply here because it allows Crossifre/SLI, but if you have no plans for that you can as well get a 550W+ PSU from Seasonic/XFX/Antec HCG/EVGA B2.

Not without serious performance loss, no. Also, instead of that Corsair CX get cheapest XFX 550W, only few buck more for much better quality.
