You want 4 960's in sli? thats like the worst choise ever.

Here is a build i fast put together and is still under your budget and this will play all agmes on 1080+ on 60+ fps easy for the comming years.

You can change some parts etc if you want a different brand or so.

And the case i did leave out as that is personal and everyone likes something else so that you can pick yourself.

Other then that this is a solid build.
