NEED HELP PLEASE
problems with zotac gtx 650
i tried installing this card on a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard with AMD 760g chipset with onboard graphics AMD CATAYST , when i turn turn on the pc i can see the fan of the gtx 650 running but it wont show the normal display but instead shows vga display like this

i tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling drivers of both the motherboard graphics and graphic's card from CD AS WELL AS from the geforce website and also tried installing a fresh pure windows 7 version with windows updates , i used to get distorted screen on boot up and then blue screen crash after few seconds and the pc was to reboot again,
the image below looks exactly like the one i used to get on startup where there windows logo starts flashing.

i did check the reasons for the crash they were kernel and driver errors and i managed to fix them. i even tried to disable amd 760g onboard graphics through BIOS, why do i still think that these onboard graphics wont let me install the gtx 650?

2) another irritating and annoying thing i found was that after installing nvidia geforce drivers , nvidia control panel wouldn't open . error i found was nvidia control panel has stopped working "APP CRASH" ,app name- nvcplui.exe this issue still persists . any help would be of great appreciation for both of the problems. its been many days now i'm trying to resolve the issue, but i'm still stuck. i will be checking for any helpful solution here. ive not yet flashed BIOS OF THE GTX 650

What a frustrating problem! If a clean windows 7 install is blue-screening then there are really only two options: a corrupt install or hardware failure. In your case, it really sounds like the latter.
Your software problems are happening because windows is not recognizing the card and is not actually installing/using the correct drivers. You can check what driver it is actually using the device manager. These software problems are usually caused by hardware failures, however, and cannot be fixed by software.
Your card could have dirty contacts, it could be loose in its slot, it could have some other sort of internal damage.

Integrated graphics have a good track record of working nicely with discrete GPUS. That is very unlikely to be the source of your problems.
