Should i buy 16GB Ram Or a new power supply with 8GB ram?

So i have a budget of 140 euros(158$).I can either buy 16Gb ram 1600Mhz for my Pc as an upgrade from my 4Gb ram,or i can upgrade to 8Gb 1600Mhz and buy a Power Supply because the one i already have is 600W but it is Cheap(Really cheap) and i dont really trust it(It would get REALLY hot during summer and its also from a cheap Brand i've never seen before).The 8Gb (1600Mhz) ram is about 80€ and i could afford up to 60€ for a new and better power supply or go with just 16GB ram for about 140€.I'am a gamer mostly(Dying light,Resident Evil franchise,Tomb Raider etc).I use a lot of tabs in Google Chrome and in various programs.So what would be best for me?And also Future proof?
My Computer:
Intel Core I5 4570
GTX 660 (1080p Resolution)
4Gb Ram 1333Mhz
1TB HDD

Hello brother, I can tell you from experience that having a good PSU is more important .Also 8 GB ram is more than enough so you shouldn't have any problems. I am able to play games like NFS rivals, Far Cry 4, Battlefield 4 on my I5 3570 with GTX 560Ti along with 8 GB DDR 3 RAM very easily with no hiccups.
