NVIDIA GPU does not fit on a SuperMicro H8QME-2 PCIe x16 slot!

I have been trying to fit my GTX 430 in the SuperMicro H8QME-2 PCIe x16 slot and the card has this weird notch that collides with the HyperTransport slot I use and does not let me insert the card. Even when the HyperTransport accessory is removed it still can't go in all the way. I have seen various Riser Cards that can solve this problem but mostly I'm also looking for a more powerful graphics card. Does anyone know how to get the GTX 430 card working or does anyone know of another (more powerful) card that fits in the slot?

PCIe x16 cards are supposed to have that notch, it locks into a lever on a proper PCIe x16 slot. That motherboard is not designed to use a graphics card, as the manufacturer website says:

* Cannot populated with PCI-E x16 VGA cards

Is there such thing as a PCI-X graphics card or a PCIe x8 graphics card I could use? I need something with OpenGL2 and DirectX9 acceleration so I can get Blender to run then use the CPUs for the actual rendering

I don't know of anything like that. Maybe a PCIe riser cable would allow you to install the graphics card elsewhere and connect via that slot.
