Hi,

I'm having a problem with my Zotac 760 AMPs with which I'd really appreciate some help.

I'm running:
Gigabyte Gaming 5 motherboard
Coolmaster SilentPro 1300W PSU
Intel i7-4770k at ~4.1GHz
16GB DDR 3 1600MHz Ram
2 x Zotac 760 AMP editions in SLI - I've not really overclocked the cards and certainly haven't adjusted the voltage

The problem:
1 or both of my cards starts to beep loudly if I play a game. It's normally fine if I'm not stressing the cards, but they are really not happy when they are stressed. The beep is a continuous sound coming from the graphics cards. It stops if I pause or close the game.

I am certain it is not the motherboard PC speaker because I have disconnected it.

The cards are at baseline settings. I'm running Afterburner / RivaTuner / Firestorm(Zotac). The cards are not overheating, the beep starts when they are about 50C. My PSU should be

Solutions that didn't work

I've removed both cards and tested each 1 individually. Neither card alarms and they both work perfectly when used alone.

I've used an eraser to clean the PCIe connector and the SLI connector. No effect

I've uninstalled Nvidia drivers by manually removing all components, deleting the nvidia directory, rebooting into safe move and using driver sweeper / DDU to remove residual drivers and then booting into normal mode to reinstall - I've done this twice and rolled back driver versions twice.

I've tried a new SLI link.

I've tried underclocking the card's memory and GPU

The noise is definitely coming from the graphics cards as the pc speaker has been disconnected, It is not coming from the PSU.

Has anybody else experienced this sort of problem? Could somebody assist?

Thanks,

D
