Hello, I want to upgrade my CPU and wanted to know if my PC will accept it. Will I need to upgrade my PSU? Thanks!

Processor: AMD FX 4130 3.80GHz Quad-Core AM3 OEM
Motherboard: MSI 760GMA-P34 (FX) AM3 V X16 2D3 M16 GL R MATX
Memory: 8GB DDR3-1600 PC3-12800
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti SC 2GB GDDR5
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB SATA3 7200RPM 64MB Cache
Optical Drive: DVD±RW DL 24x SATA Black Optical Drive
Chassis: X-Sniper2 Black / Blue Chassis
Power Supply: InWin 450W ATX12v PSU
Network Card: 10/100/1000 Gigabit Network Onboard
Keyboard: Logitech USB Keyboard and Mouse Combo
O/S: Microsoft Windows 8.1 32/64bit COA

Just wanted to update some info about my Gaming PC.
The CPU cooler I have installed is an Antec Performance Max CPU Cooler.
Any thoughts on this cooler?

No, you should not have to upgrade your PSU since the CPU only needs about 125W and the GPU only needs about 60W.
One helpful tip you might want to use is go to http://pcpartpicker.com/ and enter your build there in the system build tab. It will show you have many watts your computer should use and if there are potential capability issues.

MSIs page was timing out for me.
Amazed that low end board can support a 125w tdp. through just one 4 pin connector

Wow thanks guys! I didnt think you'd reply as fast. Dont know who to pick as best solution. Well thanks again and hopefully this thread can be helpful to anybody else with this dilemma.

While the 8350 may be supported on paper its a bad idea to try and run it on that board. The VRMS are weak and it likely to cause throttling when the cpu is under a load. This is a common issue on the 960g boards running 125w 8 core cpus, and even happens on the 970 boards that have a 4+1 uncooled vrm setup.
