Hello, my friends laptop (dell inspiron) with windows 7 is not starting normally. He said he downloaded something on winrar and his web browser wasn't working. He walked away from the computer and came back to the "start windows repair" or "start windows normally". So i told him to go to safe mode and to try booting it from there. He selected Safe mode and it took him back to the windows repair thing. He tried again but with the safe mode with network and still did the same thing. I NEED HELP!!!
