Hey guys 31crzy here.

I had made a post about a budget gaming pc a while time ago but now I've reduced the size of that budget as well as changed some things that I'm going to use it for.

My plan:
I want to better myself at PC gaming and games like League of Legends, Counter Strike, Day Z, World of Warcraft, so on and so forth. With that said I also want to stream the games I play so I can increase the chances of getting my name out there as a PC gamer.

My problem:
I do not have a PC to play on. I am current using a Macbook Pro that was provided to me by my high school but will have to return it at the end of the year.

What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a build, created on PCpartpicker, for a gaming computer within a $500-$700 budget. As I had said, I would like to be able to stream while playing the games that I play. I want to be able to play these games on the highest graphics settings so I can show my audience the beauty of the game also. I also want a case that looks pretty awesome but will ensure my computer stays cool, as well as some LED lighting.

If anyone does tackle the build idea for me it would be greatly appreciated! :)

A 500-700$ budget seems a bit tight, but there are a few gaming solutions I have in mind:

For the Motherboard I would recommend at least a DDR3 type. These come by cheap. I would make sure you have at least 4 RAM slots, and one PCI-E slot. I would say try to get 12 GB SDRAM for power-hungry games. I would recommend a 2TB 7200 RPM drive. For the Power Supply, try to find one with around 750W. You can find these for about $75. For the Graphics, (which is probably going to be the most expensive part), try to find one with at least 2 GB 256 bit. These will cost you around $300. As for the CPU, it doesn't really matter what kind you get, I would just get an Intel i5 4xxx series. The GPU is the main factour. And, as for casing, do a Google shopping search for a Gaming PC case. You can easily find used ones in great condition from around 45-95$ that are pretty fancy.

For other things, (keyboard, mouse, etc.) I have found $29 gaming keyboards and mice on Wal-Mart.com. You don't need to go too crazy on the accessories.

Pick up a used HD7950 for ~$100-125 on craigslist or ebay or various tech forums classifieds, that will round this build out at close to $700.

If you need monitor, keyboard, mouse, and OS all within this budget then you're going to have to deal with some nasty compromises for a streaming/editing machine. I would highly recommend seeking out used monitors on criaglist if you're in the market. Good condition LCD 1050P and 1080P monitors go on there for <$50 often. I paid like $30 each for Dell brand 20" 1050P monitors not long ago. They are actually very decent quality units.

I'm thinking about building this build. What optical drive and wifi card will you recommend if I were to build this?

And will I be able to upgrade the parts later on?
