When I go to turn on my PC, LEDs, Fans, ect. Start working but everything shuts off after a second. After about 5 more seconds it attempts to reboot again, but runs through the same process of turning on for a second and shutting off. I cannot access my computer because it keeps shutting off. Could this possibly be due to the PSU? My PC is also 2 months old. I've had no problems with it up until this point

My specs are:
Motherboard- Asus p8z77-v LE
CPU- Intel i5-3570K LGA1155
GPU-Nvidia GTX 970
PSU- Corsair RM-750 80Gold
RAM- 2x 8gb corsair vengeance

I attempted multiple things like, leaving everything plugged expect the CPU, and it still did it. I fear that something in the motherboard has a shortage in it, just can't tell where. When the PC turns on for the second hear multiple clicking sounds in the PSU until it shuts off. I did however see the green light on, on the motherboard indicating that power is reaching it. I just have no idea if it's the motherboard or power supply.

Hope I gave enough info! Thanks

Well you can try reinstalling the entire board and peripherals in case it's shorting on the case somewhere. Worst case scenario: Buy or borrow a power supply from a friend. If it doesn't fix the problem, return it.
