GTX 750ti vs r7 260x

Solution
They are comparable performers.
Some games might do slightly better in one game than the other.
If you play one game exclusively, look for those benchmarks.
Otherwise, take your pick.

One advantage of the GTX750ti is that it needs less power, typically 300w. Some overclocked versions will need a 6 pin aux power which will be found on most 400w psus.
The R7-260X needs more like 450w and a 6 pin connector.

i have an apevia 680 watt psu, its pretty bad cpu so it would be more compared to a 500 watt psu, but the r7 260x is cheaper and has mantle and true audio, any gameplay ive seen between these 2 cards were very slight differences, like a few frames but mantle on the amd card should make up for that

Given my trust in the brand and their typical price advantage, if you're going for the money, and will mainly use it for gaming, then go for it. I've been playing on my AMD Radeon 6950 for 2 years and never had any problem with temperature or heating up.
