Just bought a Toshiba Satellite C55D-A5150, it came with windows 8.1. I formatted and installed windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, however I'm having difficulties in finding drivers. I've been able to find Ethernet drivers, but I really need to find the WiFi Driver.

I've tried looking for two days straight however, none of the drivers that I find will work. not even drivers directly from Support.Toshiba. Anyone have any idea's, this is infuriating...

If they don't make them, they don't make them. Laptops generally support the OS they come with, and that's about it.
Not really sure why you downgraded (although I can understand the format). Windows 8 is faster and has a few better features. Ontop, you'll get the free upgrade to 10 at the end of the year.

If they don't support it, it's unsupported. That's about it.

Tried installing them, they will uncompress the files. Then starts the install, but says there is a folder missing. I'm guessing that in windows 7 it doesn't create some form of file structure, but windows 8 does. I've had to put windows 8.1 back on it for the moment and when I reinstalled the drivers in 8 everything was fine..

Going to 8 was the best idea.

You could try some random drivers, but you could end up with lock ups and bluescreens. If the manufacture doesn't support the OS, just don't use the OS. Laptops are not as versatile as Desktops.
