I want to create a PC build for gaming, entertainment stuff and net surfing..but mostly gaming...Frankly I won't be changing my PC once it's made for at least 3,4 years...will be able to play in medium to ultra setting's..??My budget is 42,000

I am confused which shall be better for long run Intel i3 4130 or AMD fx 6300

medium+ settings is vague but just assuming you mean most newer AAA games at 1080p there isn't much of a case for the i3, especially in the long run. The i3 is better for older poorly threaded games. Either will overpower any surfing/movie watching. The 6300 is overclockable also.

I second this. FX-6300 w/ M5A97 R2.0 is a good choice. It's a great mobo, allows you to overclock your chip nicely.

You can't really get everything you want when you're on a tight budget. If you don't like, don't buy it. I'm just recommending that board from my personal experience. I was able to OC an 8 Core chip on it from 3.1GHz to 4.3GHz.
