I can receive images via bluetooth from computer but I cannot send them

I can receive images via bluetooth from my computer to my mobile but I cannot send them from my mobile to the computer.

I have a Belkin bluetooth receiver and my mobile is Samsung S4 Mini.

I have PC with gigabyte mother board, quadcore, 4GB Ram running Windows 7 32-bit
