Recently I bought 2 Samsung 850 EVO 250GB with the intent to make a RAID 0.
My motherboard is an ECS A785GM-AD3 and I made the configuration to RAID 0, in the motherboard everything was ok.
However, when I boot the Windows 8.1 and initialize, the RAID 0 partition is not recognized.

Somebody knows how to help me? :(

Hi, thank you for answer.

I read the post and I loaded the driver in the installation of Windows 8, however, after testing all drivers, the Windows still not recognizing my Raid 0 partition.
Windows just say "No drives were found. Click Load Driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation.".
I read all the threads and one guy (gopo2004) has the same problem, but he doesn't answered anymore while Fernando was trying to help.

Any ideia?

Go to AMD downloads in the lower right corner:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
AMD Chipset, AHCI, USB 3.0 and RAID Drivers
download:
AMD Chipset Drivers
48 MB
Omega (14.12) 12/9/2014

Insert a USB 2.0 flash drive and make a new folder.
Click on the 48MB file you have downloaded. It will unpack and ask where to install/extract. Select the new folder on your USB flash drive. After the file is extracted to the flash drive, the AMD Catalyst Install Manager pops-up. CANCEL it.

Click on the folder you have extracted.
Click on the Packages folder.
Click on the Drivers folder.
Click on the SBDrv folder. (South Bridge Drivers)
Click on SB8xx folder. (The RAID drivers are the same for the South Bridge 700 series and 800 series chipsets.)
Click on the RAID folder.
Note the FOLDER "W764A" this is the 64-bit RAID driver for Windows 7 and 8.
Direct the Windows 8 Installer to this FOLDER to add the RAID driver to your installation.
You have an opportunity to add drivers at the beginning of the Windows 8 installation.

Hello guys,

I think I'm doing something wrong.
I tried the solution of Calvin7, but again not worked.

Below I will describe the steps I'm following, then you can tell me if something is wrong, please.
1º - Configure the RAID partition, following the motherboard steps (manual link: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/451733/Ecs-A785gm-Ad3.html?term=raid&selected=10&page=57#). Page 57 to 61.

2º - Boot Windows 8.1 by pendrive and at this step I load the RAID driver (picture link: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/UCS_CVDs/mshv_shpt10_ucsrack.fm/jcr:content/renditions/mshv_shpt10_ucsrack-25.jpg).

After load the driver the Windows stills not findind any partition.
Is something missing/wrong?

Thank you!
