hello guys
i have an issue
i have had a pc built about 6 - 8 months ago and ever since the first day i have had crashes while gaming its as if the power drops out and then back on again
i have swapped out the gpu and ram but it still does it

pc specs:
i7 4790 3.60 ghz
2x 4 gig g skill ram
nvidia gforce 770gtx
2x 128 gig raded sshd
1 terabit stroage
800w coolmaster psu

any help on this matter would be much appreciated as it is doing my head in

p.s i have returned it to the shop multiple times but each time they say they have fixed it it still happens

Solution
Cause 1: Overheating problems
Cause 2: Faulty part (ram/gpu/psu)

If the shop guys say they fixed it and problem still exist then i suggest you to change the service
Try to check those causes i listed

i have swapped out the gpu and the ram for other ones but it still did it

atm the cpu is at 40 degrees at idle and typing this (only app open )
after boot up after a crash the cpu temp is about 68 degrees Celsius
i only have the stock cpu cooler on atm

i donno what the normal temp is but i dont think it could be overheating coz its been happening ever since had the pc built (i could be wrong)

well i dont know whats your warning settings on temps but it doesnt seem all that hot to me. Since you already tested ram and gpu go ahead and check the psu and cpu. Make sure everything inside your case is being cooled properly

i dont think over heating is an issue coz i just stated the pc and opened the game when it did it, i will have to try borrow a psu to test with as i dont have a spare, any chance it could be caused by software failure ?

Checked out the logs there wore a few codes in like kernal power 41 and stuff but other than that nothing special, I was speaking to a mate and he thinks I might be pushing the graphics card too hard could that cause this ?
