First thing, you sure you only need a 320GB HDD only? It'll be a waste of money coz buying a 1TB is only a few couple dollars more!

-You don't need an extra cooler, the i3 comes with one in the box
- You don't need a Z97 board with a non 'K' processor
- you don't need 16b ram unless doing heavy rendering and such
- You could get a 1tb hard drive for the same price as that 320gb
- why that video card?
- you can get better power supplies for that money
- Why a $100 network card? A $25 card would do fine

Solution
Get rid of the 650Ti card unless you are getting it for cheap, it's an older one.

Lower to 8 gig of ram with two 4 gig sticks.

Get rid of the network card and use onboard.

Get an i5 CPU using the savings from RAM and no network card.

For a mid range video card you want the R7-260X or a R9-280 depending on how much budget you have.
