RAM compatibility on Asrock P67 Extreme 4 Gen3

I am thinking about upgrading -- here's the list of RAM compatible with the mobo:

However I can't find RAM that's in 2x 4GB sticks that is compatible with this mobo...

G.Skill F3-2400C11D-8GXM Ripjaws X 8GB (2x 4GB) DDR3 2400 MHz Dual Channel Memory Kit looks amazing. Do you think it will support this?

G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X DDR3 2133 Dual Kit is the closest but the difference is in the CAS latency 11 rather than 9 on the compatibility list.

The RAM list are only the memory they tested and guarantied to work with the motherboard.

Most non-ECC DDR3 should work. You most likely have to adjust the memory BIOS settings for best performance.

it says in the RAM compatibility list that DDR3 2400 will only run at 2133 MHz:

Note3: Due to the configuration of CPU, the default speeds of DDR3 2400/2200/2000/1800 MHz will operate at DDR3 2133/2133/1866/1600 MHz.
