Hello,

my build should looks like this, Im not gonna OC the PC

MOBO: any motherboard h97 from Asus, Gigabyte, MSI or I should go with Z97 chip like ASrock or something?

CPU: i5 4460

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb 1600 mhz, CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9

GPU: gtx 970 or should go with another one?

Could I play with this build 1080p@60fps games atm and in 3-5 years in future.

Thanks

Solution
A Z97 board is nice, but if your not planning on OC'ing, save some money on a H97.

As for the GPU, a GTX 970 wins every time for me. Id recommend either a MSI Gaming model or an EVGA ACX SC.

That build will be able to run most current games at maximum settings @1080p at 60fps average. However, some CPU intensive games (Total War, MMO's etc) may eat into your fps without an overclocked CPU.

Within the next couple of years, you'll most likely still be happy with your system, though as time progresses you will have drop some settings down to get 60fps.

It used to be the case that ASRock were the cheaper and less quality manufacturer, however, nowadays that's not the case. If you can find a nice board from them, go for it (I use the old Sandy Bridge Extreme 3 from them, and its been brilliant for me).

If you can get a Z97 board then go for that as it will give you overclocking options later down the line should you want to. That list of components would give a good gaming system and should easily be capable of 1080p/60fps assuming on certain games like crysis you turn the Anti Aliasing down. Best of luck!

If it is between those two and you can afford the MSI then i would go for the MSI Gaming 5. Very good board with a decent and easy to use bios, on top of that it looks the part with a black pcb and red detailing!

Do you have any other solution for z97 mobo in that budget range?

In my opinion I'd go with asrock ex3, msi gaming 5 or gigabyte z97x gaming5

completely depends on what size case you decide on and only certain boards are available in certain sizes. The Asus Z97M-PLUS is a very good mATX board and the Gigabyte GA-Z97X is a stunning ATX sized board.

Personally i would stick with the MSI version you have selected but both of those i suggest are good boards!

Go with this as your final set up and you will be more than happy :)

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z97X Gaming 5
CPU: i5 4460
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb 1600 Red
GPU: MSI GTX 970 Gaming Edition 4G

The Motherboard, RAM and GPU will match perfectly with a Red and Black theme making your system look as good as it performs.

One final question though, what PSU do you have (or are planning on having)?

Go with the Gigabyte GA-Z97x gaming 5. I built a system for my friend back in December using that board and it was nice to work with and had an easy to understand bios!
