my pc:
mobo: asrock m3a770de
cpu: phenom x4 955
gpu: HD7770
psu: corsair vs450
monitor: aoc e950swn

My pc can handle all the games I play now(others in low settings) and i do not stream nor edit. I dont have enough budget to upgrade all the parts. I start upgrading my rig one by one. any recommendations? thanks in advance!

SSD, for sure. Larger monitor isn't needed. The league of legends issue does sound like a heat issue. How much RAM do you have?

Depending on if you upgraded the GPU, you might have to consider upgrading the PSU as well. You might be able to find newer low to mid end GPU that have small power consumption. It all depends on the money you want to spend to upgrade. You could always start buying parts one by one for a new rig, as long as you have a timeline set when you want it completed, so you don't buy a part and one year later it wont work with all the other ones.

I personally don't build anything without a ssd for the os as in my opinion only it makes a massive difference in overall use, in gaming its not going to give you any better frame rate or anything like that but boot times load times are significantly better. as for a larger monitor that wont help you play any newer games but if those are the only two options I would go with the ssd but thats just me
