Hi there Rajesh Babu Bobbepalli,

You need to try something simple as just changing the cable. If this doesn't work though, given the fact that you have tried the device on different ports and systems, there are two possibilities: 1)there is something wrong with the enclosure 2)there is something wrong with the HDD itself.
- Option 1: RMA the drive. You get a new one but you loose your data. "I'm ready to give hard disk to seagate company but will they give another one with data?" I doubt that you will get a new drive with your data.
- Option 2: You contact the manufacturer and request some sort of data recovery service. This could be pricey.
- Option 3: Take the drive out of of the enclosure. If the issue is enclosure related, you most...

I tried all ports and all different pc's on windows.......The dealer said that"Seagate company will give you another hard disk but the data is not available for you. They will give another new hard disk. The data is not available in the new one.So you decide to what to do?.........."........seagate company ready to give new one ,but the problem is ------>>>>I don't know wheather seagate company recover my data to another hard disk<<<<<----------In the seagate official website, they gave reasons for light blinking and not detecting.......................1)having low voltage...2)some other minor problems.....................My question is "I'm ready to give hard disk to seagate company but will they give another one with data?".............If any possibilities Please tell me......If not having any possibilities......Please tell me ........what to do?................I want my data and new (or) old hard disk but in working condition.

- Option 3: Take the drive out of of the enclosure. If the issue is enclosure related, you most probably will be able to access the data when you connect it internally through SATA. Though, this will void the warranty and you do this on your own risk. After that you can put the HDD in a third party enclosure I guess.

Solution
Does the drive spin up or make any sound at all? If not, then there is a good chance that the problem is PCB related, in which case the solution may be cheap and easy.

If the drive is powered from the USB port and is having difficulty spinning up, then try to connect it to two USB ports with a Y-cable. This will provide additional power during spin-up.
