Which graphic card should I buy under 15000INR?

I am building a gaming pc
i5 4670 processor,
Zeba 450w psu(can't change it),
Crosshair 8gb ram,
Gigabyte ga h97m d3h motherboard,
1tb hard disk,
Can't decide which graphic card to chose under 15000INR
GTX 660 or GTX 750ti or amd raedon dual X r9 270x Or any other suggestion?

Not knowing the pc part prices in india, all I can offer is this: the R9 270x is about 20% better than the GTX 750 Ti. The GTX 660 is pretty much right in between the two for performance.

In the US the 270x is currently the value leader around that performance level, followed closely by the 750ti.
