Solution
That beeping sound could indicate that something is not connectected properly. Unplug your machine and check all cables and connectors.

Was this followed by some event or did you just bumped into this by accident? Did you have problems entering BIOS before?
Flashing BIOS from windows is not something I'd recommend. I did do it a couple of times and it always worked, but it's safer to do it with a bootable Flash drive or with a tool like Flashback from ASUS. Of course that would be a problem since you can't change the boot order, but if you already updated the BIOS, let's leave that for now.
Are you using a USB keyboard? If so, try plugging in a PS/2 keyboard.

i got a new ssd just a few days before this happen. i made windows to run in in AHCI mode to get the the most out of the new ssd, but those setings are reset to default now, so that should not be the problem?
this have never happen before.
i am using usb mous and keyboard, could try PS/2 keyboard

Ok, I don't see how that would affect tha ability to enter bios, especially if you're not experiencing any freezing in Windows.
Try a PS/2 keyboard and also what USB port are you using to connect your current keyboard? If it's plugged in to a 3.0 port put it in a 2.0 one.
How did you perform the BIOS update?
