Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with them? If the overwhelming answer is a no, I'll definitely consider building it myself. And also, what are some pros and cons of buying a prebuilt?

pro: you get the fancy case and peripherals if you like their looks
pro: you don't have to put it together yourself
pro: you get to take advantage of their warranty
con: it's more expensive for the same performance as parts you could just buy yourself, especially if you find components on sale
con: your choice of options is limited to (generally) cheaper parts

If you're willing to build your own, I would always go that route. Although if you were to buy a prebuilt it's not strictly wrong, I just don' think it's a good investment
