Hello, I need your guys help. I just upgraded my CPU from an amd phenom ii x4 965 black edition to the AMD FX-8350. Here are all the problems I have been encountering since I put the new CPU in
1. I get stuck on the MOBO splash screen. The only way I can get past this is if I unplug my keyboard/mouse (both usb) this has never happened before and would like a fix since its annoying
2. Cannot connect to the internet. All of my other devices are able to connect to the internet.

Things I have tried doing
1. Tried putting old CPU and experienced same errors
2. Reseated the ram
3. Reapplied thermal paste
4. Tried updating BIOS
5. Tried to reinstall windows but it said some files were corrupted
6. Tried to do a system restore but it also said there was corruption on local disk c: and said to check for disk for errors
7. Ran Disk check and it says there was an error due to a recently installed package and it asks for a system restore which i cannot do because of the corruption
I'm running out of ideas on what to do.. Please help
