In the market for a new gaming rig and this is what I've come up with so far.

I plan on reusing my Antec case, and 1Tb Hdd for extra file storage. Should I get a stand alone cpu cooler? Any recommendations?
I debated on 8 vs 16gbs of ram, and decided that if I needed the extra 8 I could get it later. I'm trying to build something I can game on for the foreseeable future, while still not spending money on unnessecary components.
Also, Windows 7? I see Microsoft will offer free upgrades to 10 when it comes out so is 8.1 worth it until then? I hear 8.1 is kinda junky.
How's it look? Anything I might want to switch out? Opinions are very much welcome.
Ps. I'm ignoring the prices on the above link as I'm located in Canada so it's not accurate for me anyways. I'd like to keep the price under 2k including monitor (Benq XL2430T, I'm thinking)
