Will my PCU bottle-neck my GPU?

I have a AMD Athlon II x 4 640 (4CPUs), About 3ghz processor. Will this bottleneck my sapphire r7 265 GPU? If so will it be a dramatic bottleneck?

Yes, those are reasonably balanced, and you can oc the 640 to around 4GHz if need be IIRC. Does vary by game,
resolution, detail, etc., but in general they're about on a par as clutchc says, and if you're only running at stock
speed then there's some extra headroom available with an oc.
