My computer keeps freezing, mostly when I'm playing games.

So I just got a new desktop from Cyberpowerpc. I set it up, installed wow and started to play, after about 15 minutes my computer freezes. I wait a bit hoping it would come out of it, doesn't, then turn it off then back on. This continues for a while, so I posted on the WoW tech forums and one of the responders told me to update my graphics drivers and my chipset drivers. I do so, still experiencing issues so I contact Cyberpowerpc and they tell me that it could be the game or my drivers or the graphics card itself. I figured it wasn't the game because I tried playing a number of games and same issue happened. I also figured it wasn't drivers because I just updated them.

I started looking into other things, I used a program to monitor the heat in the different components, that all seemed fine. I used Memtest to check on my RAM, that was all fine. I used EVGA's OC Scanner to test the graphics, no issues there (ran it for an hour and 15 minutes, did not freeze.) I even tried taking out the RAM and running it one piece at a time to see if there was an issue with it despite Memtest saying it was fine.

I am looking into maybe updating the BIOS if it is out of date? I've also read on another post that maybe reseating the CPU would work.

I don't know if it's helpful around here, but on the Tech Forums for WoW they always ask for a dxdiag so here's a link to that.
