Yes, that's stupid hot even at overclocked speeds. I see a partially obstructed radiator which may account for a few degrees but not the excessive temp you state. The pump could be failing or not mounted properly, low-grade and misapplied thermal compound and/or very poor case airflow. Personally I'd mount the radiator in the top of the case with Silverstone FM121 fans (my standard liquid cooling setup) and use Gelid Extreme thermal paste. I've had my 3770K @4.94GHZ and the temp was 58 degrees C under full load. Remount the radiator, make sure the pump is properly mounted with good thermal paste and use good fans on the radiator.

I wouldn't mind getting the Silverstone FM121 but I hate white stuff..
Could you maybe recommend me a different fan? something what matches the theme, blue or black?

Also I have a fan on the front of my pc what is not running but I can not find the wire for it anywhere, as this was a custom built pc from cyber power.
I changed the water cooler to a corsair h80i but It was missing a screw so I had to re attach the current one I have, of course I cleaned the thermal paste off and re applied this one - http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/laptops-netbooks/ipad-tablets-and-ereaders/tablets/tablet-accessories/coolermaster-high-performance-thermal-compound-10099701-pdt.html#srcid=11026 Not sure if it is good like I said but I applied it only to the CPU.

At the moment I'd try flipping the radiator to see if that makes any difference. You DO have a fan pulling air out from the case in the back of that radiator don't you? I've built hundreds of liquid cooled PC's and at the moment the Gelid Extreme is the best paste I've found. I used Arctic Silver 5 for several years until trying the Gelid. Which screw are you missing from the H80i? One of those with even the stock Corsair fan will cool that thing nicely. I don't care what color fans are as long as they work properly. Delta makes some 120mm fans with insane air flow, the Silverstone FM121 will do 110cfm but Delta has fans that will do up to 250cfm is you can take the noise.

where it says "FANIN0" - 1409rpm and FANIN3 "900rpm"
Its one of those. Best to look at the connector on the mobo its plugged into, then use your motherboard manufacturers monitoring tool, or bios and it should reference which rpm reading matches the connector. one of them sounds about right for a pump though. What cooler is it? you should be able to get the pump specs off the manufacturers website.

I prefer the Corsair H110 or H105's, I have 1 H110 and 2 H105's in rigs I currently own. I also have 2 rigs with H100's in them. Not a single complaint about any of them and some have been in use for nearly 3 years.

Well I completely done a 180 on the kraken for now, I thought to myself I don't overcloak I just do casual gaming like Farcry is probably the maximum in terms of power and graphics.

So I asked on another thread I made and someone recommended me hyper 212 So I just bought that.
